We recently spent two whole months in our gym writing down reasons WHY we train. If you don’t know why you’re showing up to put in the work day in and day out, do you really think you’ll be consistent long term?

{hint: The answer is no.}

While it’s nice to look great in a bikini, we feel strongly that you darn well better have a much bigger why than meeting a silly numeric goal on a measuring device. Don’t you agree?

Here are 50 reasons SOS MOVE members came up when they thought about why they’re showing up day in and day out. And they like it, dang-it. 😉

Why We Train

Over this past month and next month we’re taking why we train one step further and we’re focused on we being better than me. You know it is, right?

Community and Accountability

Our community has been showing up huge in helping each other stay consistent. Sometimes you forget your why and you need a little push in the right direction from a friend, right?

We welcome new members with open arms and we welcome back any members who’ve lost their way just as if they’ve never left.

Community and Accountability

This week, as your hitting the gym, think about all the reasons WHY you train and then about the people who motivate you to keep going. Is it your kids? Your spouse? A super motivational friend? All of the above. Let ’em know they’re having an impact on you and remind them they’re part of the reason you’re taking care of you. Over and over again.
