MOVE classes are the cornerstone of our adult group training program. MOVE classes include a dynamic warm up, a full-body strength training workout and a metabolic conditioning session at the end of each class.
We design these programs monthly and you track workouts every session you attend in order to push yourself to lift a bit more each week and meet your training goals. Our experienced coaches can provide progressions and regressions for every exercise so you are challenged appropriately.
Some exercises you’ll see in our MOVE classes include push-ups, pull-ups, squat variations, TRX rows, kettlebell & barbell deadlifts, dead bugs, planks and more!
During the metabolic conditioning portion of our classes, we train all three energy systems. Not only will you improve your cardiovascular health, but you’ll also burn tons of calories and have fun at the same time. Our metabolic conditioning changes often, but you’ll be doing a combination of loaded carries, bodyweight exercises such as pushups or squats, bike sprints, sled pushes, medicine ball slams, battle rope slams and more.
