Consistency

This program includes 4 types of workouts depending on your goal:

1) STRENGTH TRAINING WORKOUTS: programming designed for improving strength and/or muscle maintenance, requires a 3 days/week commitment, all 40 minutes in length

2) ON THE MINUTE WORKOUTS: use these strength training workouts to supplement your traditional strength and conditioning program to help you maintain muscle and lose fat

3) METABOLIC WORKOUTS: high intensity workouts to get you sweating and burning calories

4) HYPERTROPHY WORKOUTS: 5 workouts designed with exercise combinations and volume to help you build muscle

Many workouts can be done with bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells and/or a barbell. No gym required.

Delivered via PDF, you can keep this eBook on your phone, computer, or even print it out for easy access to workout whenever you find the forty minutes.

Who is #FitInForty for?

  • It's for those who want results without having to spend hours in the gym. Less time and better results.#fitinforty workouts may be short, but they are tough and super effective.
  • These workouts are for people who get bored easily. #FitInForty is designed to pull you out of an exercise rut and help you change up your routine. The 20 unique workouts give you a chance to focus on strength training and metabolic training. You'll move from exercise-to-exercise fairly quickly, and with little rest, eliminating downtime.
  • #FitInForty can be performed at any fitness level. While the workouts are intense, we provide beginner, intermediate and advanced suggestions on many workouts. We also encourage you to modify where necessary.

Who is #FitInForty NOT for?

  • These workouts are not for people who love socializing during a training session or spending tons of time in the gym. #FitInForty workouts are designed to keep you focused and working for 40 minutes. There's minimal time for chit chat and you will be done in 40 minutes flat. If the gym is your social hour, you'll want to look for a killer group training program instead.
  • #FitInForty is not for people who have very specific training goals. While these are some of the best 40-minute workouts you'll ever do, they are not customized based on your goals.
  • #FitInForty isn't for people recovering from an injury or who haven't ever strength trained before. As with any exercise program, you'll want to get cleared by a doctor prior to getting started. If you're struggling with some nagging injuries, it is probably worth hiring a personal trainer to see if there are some exercises you can do to help you feel better first.
