Husband and wife team, Mike and Amanda Perry, created Skill of Strength to help people, just like you, achieve your maximum potential.
At Skill of Strength, we provide you with results-driven training programs to help you get results and start viewing your time here at our gym as the highlight of your day.
Every client receives a full evaluation that gives us important information to use when designing your training program. We start by helping you restore your body’s natural ability to move. Once quality movement patterns are established, we add quantity (volume and/or weight) into your training to help you get stronger.

Skill of Strength’s clients can take advantage of access to over 6,000 square feet of turf and rubber flooring as well as a host of free weights, kettlebells, battling ropes, suspension trainers, gymnast rings, speed sleds, slide boards, plyo boxes, olympic lifting equipment and other cutting edge, functional exercise tools.
