BJJ is a tough sport and it can take a toll on your body. One of the best ways to improve performance and reduce injuries is to add in a comprehensive strength training program. An intelligently designed strength training program is incredibly beneficial for all combat athletes.
Over the last 8 years, I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the best combat athletes in New England. I’ve worked with dozens of fighters in the UFC, Bellator, and several other promotions. I’ve trained and worked with IBJJF champions and other elite grapplers.
The athletes at SOS have had great success using our training system and countless people have reached out to me looking for strength conditioning programs for Brazilian jiujitsu. I'm thrilled to announce the first comprehensive, sport-specific 8-week training program specifically designed for grapplers is now available to you regardless of your location.
This program includes:
- Guided soft tissue work
- Joint mobility and movement preparation
- A 3-day total body strength training

- Access to videos to make sure you know what exercises to perform
- The ability to log all of your workouts via the app
