A strong core is vital for health, function and performance.
This core training program is designed to help you build a resilient and durable midsection and improve your overall core strength. If you want a stronger midsection and a core training program that will have carry over to larger compound lifts, this is a program for you.
For 90% of this program, you don't need any equipment. The remaining 10% can be accomplished with a stretch band and any type of weight ( DB, KB, water jug, etc. ).
Each core training session will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. These core training workouts can be performed on their own or as a fantastic addition to your current strength training program.
This program includes:
- A 3-day core training program

- Access to videos to make sure you know what exercises to perform
- The ability to log all of your workouts via the app
